Rhonda White-Founder, Executive Director & Coach 
 
 
Ms. White a recipient of the 2016 Philanthropic Leadership Award & 2015  Women of Excellence Award, has a Master’s degree in Training & Development and is certified as an Executive Coach from Roosevelt University. She began her career at the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago. In addition her experience includes; Fifth Third Bank and Chicago Public Schools.  Ms. White has over 25 years of management  and financial experience.
 
As the Executive Director and founder of B.L.I.N.G. Inc. she brings a wealth of experience and is one of the developers of “The Get Smart Program”. Ms. White leverages these platforms to train the next generation on the importance of managing their finances. She is passionate about making a difference in the lives of our youth and believes if you are in control of your behavior you can control your finances. 
 
Judith Veurink - Co-Founder & Chief  Financial Officer
 
 
 
Ms. Veurink began her career at the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago as a Manager of Supervision and Regulations and Assistant Bank Examiner. Ms. Veurink continues to expand her banking career in the State of  Michigan. In addition she is certified by the Board of Governors in Washington, D.C. Judith 
uses her 30 years of banking experience to serve as a financial counselor for the Barnabas Foundation. 
 
Leslie Demourelle - Senior Vice President of Marketing

 
 
Ms. Demourelle is a marketing executive who began her career more than 20 years ago at Chicago’s elite advertising agency, DDB. Throughout her career, she led the development of compelling advertising and marketing campaigns for premier brands including McDonald’s, Wal-Mart, and Disney.  More recently, Leslie worked at Walgreen Co., a Fortune 50 company and the nation’s largest pharmacy chain.
 
Leslie is a leader in her own right having managed and mentored numerous direct reports and cross-functional teams. Ms. Demourelle has a Bachelor’s degree from Roosevelt University and a Masters of Business Administration from Loyola University Chicago.  
 
Darnella Carter-Community Engagement Director
 
 
 
Darnella holds a Master's Degree in Community Development, and is a participant in the IRS Annual Filing Season Program where she is listed on the IRS Website, She began her career as a seasonal tax preparer and moved on to an instructor and Office manager for H& R Block. While pursuing her Master's Degree, she worked as a Site coordinator 
collaborating with the IRS to provide free tax service for low income families.   
Darnella's passion to educate her clients opened the doors for her to use her 18 years of experience to train and prepare youth on the importance of understanding how the IRS Tax Law's impacts their lives and their money.
